So, rarely do I write reviews, and when I do it’s usually to complain about terrible service - but not today. Today is absolutely the complete opposite. As we have been approaching hurricane season, getting my roof inspected was something that has been weighing heavy on my mind. I did a ton of research on different companies and came across this one, Easy Roofing LLC. I read a bunch of their Google reviews and everyone seemed to be happy with their work, so I gave them a call. I spoke with their answering service and set up an appointment for an inspection. Then the next day I spoke with Joe. When he called he asked me several questions to understand exactly what I was looking for, but not salesman type questions (if you know what I mean), they were questions to really understand how he could help me. After talking for roughly 5-10 minutes he set up a time to come out and inspect my roof (the next day). When Joe came he also came with one of the owners, Christina. Let me go ahead and stop anyone who thinks roofing is just a man’s job in their tracks, because Christina jumped up on my roof and was nothing less than amazing. She was incredibly thorough and took several photos so she could show me different angles and sections, because I told her I’m afraid of heights and can’t get on the roof. She spent quite a bit of time going over different areas of my roof and explaining things to me. Ultimately, she explained to me that my roof is in fairly good condition and doesn’t need any repairs. She assured me that my roof is safe and secure for hurricane season (obviously within reason) and that I have nothing to worry about. With all of that said, I have to say that what impressed me the most was their honesty. They could have easily jumped on my roof and told me I needed this or that, and I would have believed them. I’m not a roofer. Instead, they came out, jumped on my roof, and said everything looked good. Zero sales pitch. It was the complete opposite of what I was expecting, and I couldn’t be more impressed. So if you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable company, I highly recommend them. Seriously.
